Otto is a German Shorthaired Pointer who was born in November 2017. He had a rough start suffering from an intussusception as a puppy. After lifesaving surgery at 7 weeks old he made a fantastic recovery and began accompanying his owner, Alison, around the UK whilst she was working as a locum veterinary surgeon.
Since then he has continued to travel around the UK on dog friendly holidays, documenting his travels on Instagram.
In December 2019, Jack, an English Pointer born in March 2012 joined Otto. Jack came from Dogs Trust after being surrendered by his previous owners.

Around the time of Covid lockdowns Otto was attacked on lead by another dog which has now made him nervous and sometimes reactive. Whilst the vast majority of the time he is no problem, sometimes holiday activities can be a challenge so we aim to find non-stressful days out for all dogs.
